These Master Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartBuildOS platform and any related applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend access for conduct that risks harm to the Services or other users.
4. Fees
Paid plans are governed by the Company Subscription Agreement and Payment & Billing Terms. Free accounts may have feature limits.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Services. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Services.
6. Disclaimers & Liability

7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
