This Professional Membership Agreement governs free individual Professional accounts on SmartBuildOS.
Independent Status
Your Professional account is independent of any employer. Your profile, portfolio, certifications, and reputation belong to you and travel with you.
Accuracy
You agree to keep your profile, credentials, and certifications accurate and to not misrepresent your qualifications.
Conduct
Membership is conditioned on compliance with the Acceptable Use, Ratings & Reviews, and Communication policies.
Verification
If you opt into verification, the Background Check & Verification Consent applies. Verification status (not underlying reports) may be shown to companies you collaborate with.
Termination
You may close your Professional account at any time.
