This Exchange Participation Agreement governs participation in the SmartBuildOS Exchange collaboration network.
Trusted Network
The Exchange is an invitation-based, trusted collaboration network — not an open marketplace. Participation requires good-faith, professional conduct.
What Is Shared
Only opt-in public profile, availability, and engagement information crosses company lines. No payroll, HR, or other internal company data is shared.
Collaboration
Requests, assignments, and team-building are between participating parties. Each party remains responsible for its own employment, tax, insurance, and legal obligations.
Reviews & Trust
Participation includes two-way reviews and a Trust Score governed by the Ratings & Reviews Policy.
Removal
We may remove participants who violate this agreement or the network's conduct standards.
