Screening and verification are performed by an independent third-party provider. By consenting, you authorize that provider to collect and process information needed to verify your identity and credentials.
What Is Stored
SmartBuildOS stores only your verification STATUS (e.g., pending, clear, needs review, expired). Detailed background reports are not stored on or displayed through the platform.
Use of Status
Your verification status may be shown to companies you collaborate with through the Exchange to support trust and safety.
Your Rights
You may withdraw consent for future checks, request information about a check, and — where the provider supports it — dispute or appeal a result. Withdrawing consent may limit access to verification-gated features.
